On a apprécié le feu de cheminée en arrivant dans cette cette salle ancienne en pierre et poutres apparentes. On a pris la formule déjeuner. Tout était parfait. Les plats étaient bons et généreux.

Nice place tucked away, off the beaten path. It's an old prison converted to a restaurant and hotel. Very cozy, reasonably priced, lovely rooms and atmosphere. But I suspect the previous occupants (prisoners) would have disagreed. The wi-fi is very good. The staff very cordial and helpful

This is a five star review but not a five star hotel. I say this having had a wonderful time and a fabulous meal. The people are great and the place really unique. Do bear in mind however that the hallway is narrow with the original domed paving stones. The stairways are dark and steep and there's no air conditioning... As I said, we were aware of this and had a great time, but it is, sorry, was, a prison We would have loved to learn more about the place, maybe next time !

Quirky small hotel on an old prison theme (though it was never used for this purpose). Friendly staff and and great food. Excellent value. No external windows so the bedrooms can get a bit stuffy in hot weather.

excellent food and wines, congratulations. Obviously the service team is very sympathetic but only beginners not framed by a professional "chef de rang" having done every single mistake one is able to do to while serving! nevertheless a good moment.
